Both biotic and abiotic variables can influence the interchange of signaling molecules between the root and shoot, which is necessary for the coordination of these activities. Understanding the interactions that take place between plants and the microbes that are linked with them has long been of interest since it may help develop new uses in agriculture. Plant metabolism, hormone balance, and signaling are all significantly impacted by plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR).
